The LadyBoss Summit is a transformational gathering that centers the stories, leadership, and growth of women who have overcome adversity, including mental health challenges and substance use disorder. This year’s theme, “Stories of Strength, Success, and Resilience,” reflects the fierce determination of women who have rebuilt their lives, launched businesses, and become leaders in their communities.

More than a conference, the event is a celebration of survival and purpose designed to inspire, educate, and connect. With over 200 attendees expected, the summit delivers a full-day experience filled with keynote conversations, transformative panel discussions, strategic networking, and authentic sisterhood

2026 PROGRAM FOCUS

The summit will feature 4 powerful speakers and 3 dynamic panels, including: 

EmpowerHer: Health and Wellness A raw, honest conversation with women who have journeyed through mental health challenges and substance use disorder recovery. This session explores healing, identity, and the strength it takes to rise again. 

EmpowerHer: Started from the Bottom This session features women entrepreneurs and leaders who built their businesses from hardship, poverty, or under-resourced beginnings. It is about grit, creativity, and the mindset behind resilience-led innovation. 

EmpowerHer: I’m a Survivor Highlighting the strength of women who have faced domestic violence, homelessness, financial instability, and other personal challenges. This panel showcases how survival can be the foundation for leadership, advocacy, and change-making.

LadyBoss Summit 2026 serves as the annual fundraiser for ASPIRE to Autonomy Inc. A portion of event proceeds supports their Community Intervention Services, a program dedicated to supporting survivors of human trafficking, individuals in recovery, and those navigating reentry and reintegration through direct outreach, advocacy, and mental health services.
